docker-compose up --build

AFTER STARTING WILL BE AVAILABLE POINTS

GET http://localhost:8080/user/e2bb359d-b347-11eb-b01c-0242ac120003 - with parameter will return user info, url parameter [uuid]

POST http://localhost:8080/user - add or change user, request in json format
